About Us
“I have to feel something when I see an image.”
After his study at the academy of fine arts specializing in photography in Tilburg (2007), Edward mainly focused on making personal work. He has been active as an artist and photographer for quite some time. He has also taught photography at a secondary school for 7 years. To stay up to date and to become a better photographer, he is still following various workshops and master classes.
Most of the artistic ideas come from Edward and he is always looking for them to be realised. He also takes care of the technical management of the website, our home network, our backup strategy, the workstation and administrative matters.

Elke is a multi-talented wedding photographer. She has a degree in piano from the conservatory, she is a qualified mathematics teacher and musical therapist. She worked as a mathematics teacher at a secondary school for 11 years and in a piano practice at home. She is currently a full-time photographer and mother.
Elke has learned a large part of the technique of photography from her father. Together they have photographed quite a lot over the years. By following various master classes and workshops, she continues to develop in the field of photography.
All customer contact is via Elke. She also takes care of post-processing our images, the design of our website and she writes most of the texts on our site.

We greatly enjoy the big emotional moments in life. Our own wedding in 2013 and the birth of our little girl in 2015 would definitely be our highlights.
Especially after these events the feeling of working professionally as wedding photographers has become stronger and stronger. In 2016 we made our first reportages with professional equipment and since then we can’t imagine shooting with something else.
Home sweet home
We love messing around at home and being creative with photography, drawing, painting, taking care of our own printing, felting and of course playing with Noanne.
We enjoy watching a great movie or series together, even more when for instance the lighting is interesting. We also love to cook (Elke) and enjoy meals together.
Sustainable entrepreneurs
We believe it is important to handle raw materials with care. Our electricity comes from wind energy and we think carefully about our household’s water use. All our letters and cards are printed on recycled paper and we use envelopes made from recycled material (we reuse robust envelopes).
We manage our activities regarding sustainability using a dedicated tracking system.
Lovely daughter
When our daughter Noanne was 2.5 years old, we gave her a digital camera. With a few basic settings and some unsolicited advice from mom or dad now and then, she happily fires away. In October 2018 she took these two beautiful pictures of us.
