We would like to tell the story of your wedding day as it really was. When looking at the wedding photos you’d like to go back in time. You’d like to remember the way you felt that day instead of what the photographer told you to do.
When preparing for your wedding we’d like to hear all about your wishes. The first meeting is about getting to know you a bit better and hearing your plans for the big day. Then we’d like to meet up again closer to the time of the wedding to hear about your latest plans. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by email any time; we’d like to think along with you and tell you some more about our working method.
Due to our photo-journalistic method we try to give as few instructions as possible, apart from during a photoshoot. This doesn’t mean, however, that we will be ‘a fly on the wall’ during the day. We will get close! But you should be used to that by the end of the morning. 😉
In order to make sure your guests too look natural on the pictures we try to mingle with them. We will also interact with your guests, but we do not give them any instructions as we do not want them to pose for us; there will be a possibility to pose in front of the camera during the group photos.
After the first look or after the ceremony, we usually have some time for a portrait session to take pictures of the both of you together. During this shoot we will give you instructions. Hardly anyone is used to being a model, so it might feel slightly uncomfortable. Therefore, it is our job to make you feel at ease and to find you a beautiful spot in order to create a relaxed atmosphere. We just need a few minutes to find that place and to test the lighting.
For us, participating in competitions means that we remain focused on artistic images, authenticity and beauty. It challenges us even more to take the best wedding photos of your beautiful wedding!
We have had the honour of being able to photograph a large number of church marriages. We think it’s very special if the connection between two people gets an extra dimension. What that means is unique for everyone, and that’s what we like so much.
Elke has a great deal of experience with ceremonies from different Christian traditions because of her background as a musician and board member of the student church. This allows us to really connect with what happens during a Holy Mass or service.

Our pricing for wedding photography starts at € 2000 for 8 hours of photography. For this you will receive at least 250 carefully processed high resolution photos. A beautiful Fine Art album is included in every reportage.
